Yin e Yang
Quando il paesaggio è uno stato d’animo.
Un paesaggio può essere la proiezione del nostro stato d’animo.
Attraverso questo progetto svolto interamente con bianchi e neri che richiamano silhouette, esprimo tutta la complessità del rapporto tra uomo e paesaggio nei suoi aspetti più compositi, anche intimistici, inoltre sarebbe presuntuoso pensare di poter riflettere sul paesaggio senza rendersi conto che tale ragionamento è, e sarà sempre, un’esigenza in divenire. Un uomo, difatti, nel domandarsi cosa sia realmente il paesaggio, si pone un interrogativo sul suo modo agire nella realtà che lo circonda. L’individuo infatti si definisce anche e soprattutto attraverso le azioni che compie, ed essendo il paesaggio il luogo entro cui tali azioni vengono compiute si finisce col comprendere che una riflessione su di esso significa interrogarsi sull’uomo e sulle decisioni che ne configurano il percorso.
I paesaggi che rappresento sono spesso al limite del surreale proprio a voler sottolineare quanto sia l’uomo che il paesaggio confluiscono l’uno dentro l’altro senza il limiti del visibile ma vanno ben oltre, contemplando emozioni e riflessioni continue.

A landscape can be the projection of our state of mind.
Through this project carried out entirely with whites and blacks that recall silhouette, I express the whole complexity of the relationship between man and landscape in its most composite, even intimate aspects, and it would be presumptuous to think that we can reflect on the landscape without realizing that this reasoning is, and will always be, a need in the making.
A man, in fact, wondering what the landscape really is, raises a question about his way of acting in the reality that surrounds him.
The individual in fact de fines also and above all through the actions he performs, and the landscape being the place within which these actions are performed, it ends up by understanding that a reflection on it means questioning oneself about man and the decisions that define his path.
The landscapes I represent are often on the verge of surrealism, just to underline how much both man and landscape converge inside each other without the limits of the visible but go far beyond, contemplating continuous emotions and reflections.
